This is a really good deal, if the year was 1980:?ÿ https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?

mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F172634689990 https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F172634689990

It really blows my mind, how we now do "virtual surveying", as in never measure the lines we show on our plats. What we do is measure vectors from our gps base, to our rover. Do we even walk the lines? Naw.

Sure has changed, in 38 yrs.

Ebay item num?ÿ172634689990

My link above seems to not work.

The T2 is the only thing there worth any money to me, and only as a nostalgic look back at my early career.?ÿ But it' s not worth $3,500.00, or even half that.?ÿ (Besides, I already have one!)

Surprised someone hasn't jumped on this before me, but aren't you concerned about possible visible encroachments along the property lines that need to be shown??ÿ Also, you don't mark the property lines?

?ÿ

That is a non-inclusive?ÿ "we" there, Nate.?ÿ

Not all of us use javad 100% of the time. I'm still occupying monuments and measuring distances 'direct' without vectors.?ÿSometimes, when the project is appropriate, I do the topo with javad.?ÿ But, really, not more than about 30% of my projects.
