Price seems nice but not sure on how well these units actually work.
I'm in Missouri, in a rural area, these are the best receivers I've ever used as a base and rover set in the trees. I use Carlson SurvCE 5.0 in a Carlson Surveyor +. I'm replacing some old Ashtech ZMax and ZExtreme receivers with the Zenith Geomax 35 system. I can do static, network, and/or base and rover RTK. My only gripe so far is using WIFI to communicate with it to change settings. Theoretically, I can use my phone (works sometimes), my laptop (works pretty well), or the Surveyor + (doesn't seem to work at all). The browser may be too old in the Surveyor+ and needs updating. In any case, I would rather know I can use a USB cable and reach the settings. I've only had it a week now but I've tried to put it through everything I can.
So far I would recommend it highly. I'm going to use my old Pac Crest as a repeater and get a little more distance out of the UHF. I get about a mile out of the 1 watt transmitter built into the base receiver.
