Hypothetical question,

Given: All the cors stations are using antenna APC heights derived from IGS14.

Trimble data collectors come with the Trimble antenna heights for their receivers that are roughly 20mm different from IGS14.

When anyone starts an RTN survey in Trimble access without modifying any antenna heights, Are they 20mm or about 0.06 feet off in elevation before they take their first shot? Of course it would depend on which Trimble receiver is being used but just as a general question.

Or, am I missing something?

James

Thanks but that's still not my question.

If I start the RTN survey with my rover using the Trimble antenna offset, then it would be 20mm different than if I start the RTN survey with my rover using the IGS14 antenna offset. OR, does the software compensate for the difference between Absolute and Relative antenna models??ÿ Which is correct?

James
