Note that the horizontal accuracy of 0.022m is at a distance of 25km in the above quote. I agree with you regarding 95% vs 68%. Our product literature is written to "industry standard" to make comparisons for future customers simpler. But in our software, we often show accuracy estimates at the 95% confidence interval, because, as you point out, it is much more realistic usually.

I think we would have got better results if we had dealer support. My boss bought the pair of LS second hand and we had to figure everything out from the manual and the awesome online support website Javad have.

 

Loved the m-local feature, haven't set the base up on a control point since (unless it's already the best point on site for GNSS) and could see it being good if you were doing monitoring type surveys and needed the extra precision. Got used to days collector in head but we ran a robot a lot and was a little hassle to swap coords between the two but with USB and practice only a few mins.
