FOR SALE here is a very gently used, excellent condition TDS Ranger 300x with Survey Pro 4.7 installed. Everything pictured comes as a package deal. This setup cost a little over $3,600.00 in 2008 and has only been in my hands since purchased new. It has not been used at all since early 2013 due to my change in company and position (I'm no longer in the field - now a Desk Jockey). Pretty much everything you'd want to know is shown in one of the photos in the link below - memory, operating system, CPU type, etc. If there is something specific you'd like answered, I'll try to get you the info you request. This is just collecting dust in my office now, so I'm ready to let it go.
TDS Ranger 300x with Bluetooth
Soft zip-up case
2 stylus with lanyard
Original charger
Data cable
Additional pack of screen protectors
Tripod bracket to hold device
Original Owner's Manuals and Quick Start Guide
Original CD's
See 20+ photos at this link for everything that's included:

Asking $1,100.00 shipped to the Continental 48 (with insurance & tracking included) for everything pictured (except my desk.... LOL). I will consider shipping outside the 48 States, but shipping will have to be researched & priced according to your location. Don't be afraid to make a reasonable offer; the worst that could happen is I'd say "no".
Friendly bump, to the top.

Both Bluetooth and WiFi were optional for this unit. It has Bluetooth installed, but not WiFi. It could be upgraded to have WiFi. Not sure what the cost or availability is for that, though.
Thank you for your inquiry. If I can answer any additional questions, please let me know.

I bought one similar to yours and found out that it's not that easy to add WIFI, bought 2 sd based WIFI cards but drivers are the problem.
