I still have a Ranger 500 with the latest Survey Pro Robotics that came with my new Focus Robot. The box from UPS is still sitting here unopened. I'm asking $1500/obo if anyone is interested. I had a few inquiries when I posted this last month, but no takers. I figured I would try once more in case someone needs it.

Gary

Here is the description from the proposal of the Robot Package I received a couple of months ago. I'm going to assume this is what is sitting in the box.

Since it came as part of a robotic package, I assume is has a built in radio? Or does it run with some sort of external radio? Do you know if the radio is compatible with a Trimble s6?
If it has an integrated radio, and will run an S6, I'll take it.

One has to wonder what good the TDS robotics module is if the collector doesn't have the radio? Good question.

And to the person who is going to say, "you can operate a total station robotically with your own ad hoc radio setup (i.e. bluetooth)", no kidding.

The Focus robot we have is a Trimble 5600 that is blue and gray. It uses all of the same components as a 5600 including the external Rover Georadio that hangs on the rod. The only difference I have found is the firmware is different. I tried to connect a TSC2 to it and Survey Controller won't recognize it.

It does not have an internal radio, just wi-fi and bluetooth.
