Bent is ok, but they do need threads.

I'm up to something.

I need about 120' total of them.

Threaded together.

i don't know what it's going to be nate, but it'll probably look cool. will said pole array need to be registered with the FAA as a new obstruction?

Talk to Scott Foster. He used military surplus mast materials to get GPS above the canopy for observations at this monument:

Well, if nothing else, Nate may just be assembling the world's tallest lightening rod.

I know where you can get 120' of range pole sections. But they'd all be brand new...

Range poles make good handles for frog gigs.

But I would think 120 feet would be hard to handle one handed while holding a spotlight in the other. 🙂
