First time on Craigslist. It was actually pretty painless (even on dial-up)

House For Sale- Lyman NH

Anybody want to move to God's country?

Lyman has everything you need (except schools, cops, town sewer, town water, traffic lights, roads with numbers on them and roads with yellow lines)

Sounds like a deal to me. Property taxes? Are you hiring? : )

Great workmanship and salesmanship. Math sucks. Best of luck.

24x36x2=1728 or does 'full' not mean 'full'?

You're selling it?

I figured you'd keep the place since it looks like an inconspicuous out of the way spot to rendezvous with Snoop's red-hot smoking wife.

Hijack question

Has it ever been confirmed that Snoop is the one on the right in the avatar photo?

Actually, I didn't count the additional 864 sq ft of the basement, because it is unfinished. There is 864 sq ft on the first floor and 576 sq ft on the second floor. I clarified the ad to show additional 800 sq ft available if they finished off the basement.

Perry:

It looks like you done good.

Did you go with radiators or hot air heat?

Good luck with the sale!

Ken, the heating system, appliances and flooring in the Bedrooms is not installed yet. I figured I'd give the buyer an option. The price reflects Oil Forced Hot Air.
