Arthur Dias started off as a graduate of Erindale College in Survey Science and has built up a good reputation looking after surveyors' needs.

We have had good results from his company: http://www.surveybattery.com/

Cheers

Derek

We've sent items in for repair numerous times and a couple of times have gotten them back still broken or newly broken (something wrong that wasn't before). After taking apart a repaired radio to see dry solder joints where a repair was made, now I just repair stuff myself. Also, I figured out in at least one case that Motorola didn't (and never has) make replacement parts for a radio they repaired, which might explain why the repair didn't really work right and didn't last long. This is just my experience though.

I have had great results using them for converters for 12 volt batteries for Topcon total stations. The prices are good, customer service is too and their products are tough.
