Its is what I was reading about, mostly just to get acquainted with something I've never looked at yet.
I might be working around there, and if I do I know we'll be in contact a lot.

If the patents?ÿ honored the plats, the notes don't reveal anything unexpected, and there has been no previous artempts worth honoring?ÿ the 1/16's should be set at midpoint between the 1/8's.?ÿ
But any advise from someone who hasn't read the notes and seen the entire plat isn't worth very much, and any one who thinks their advise made without knowledge of the notes is worth anything should never be consulted again.?ÿ
Too often surveyors assume things are "normal" in the PLSS when they are not. It's amazing how many screw ups this causes.?ÿ
The only thing that causes more is trying to do a proportion or locate a corner with a W.C. without understanding geodetic bearings.?ÿ
