Dr. Elgin and Dr. Paiva put on a great review course here in Missouri every fall. It is usually held in August.?ÿ It's not listed yet, but once it is, check here:

This is a good course delivered in person and lots of study material given out. It is typically a 3-4 day course, with the first two days fundamentals last day or two PS and State Specific.?ÿ

?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿThank you for the responses. To be honest, I saw that yesterday and my plan was to start studying tomorrow and maybe take the exam on july. It is good, to take the seminar, even if i didn't study before?
Yes, the seminar is your study. It will definitely?ÿtell you if you are ready to take the exam, or you need to study more.?ÿ
I can relate I have taken cnettlemans course and while helpful it has not yet led me to passing the exam. I agree with you about the surveying profession as a whole complaining about not having enough candidates coming down the pipe yet they don't provide adequate job placement programs for surveyors wants they leave college.
I was fortunate enough to have a family member already in Surveying so I found work tight away. If they think people are going to go to school for 4 or 5 years for surveying and then not even know what's gonna come of it when they get out then they are very niave in thinking more people will enter the profession in the future.
Not to mention you are entering the work force with student loans and having to compete for entry level jobs in a profession where a degree may or may not be a requirement. While competing for jobs against applicants that don't have the student loan burden that others may have.

Lee Gree were you at the topoDot conference in Orlando? I think i recognize your name.
I bought the nettleman courses and I agree they were terrible. Luckily i was able to get a full refund. John Branch (hp33ssurveyor.com) is another guy that offers help but a lot of the questions he has are copied from the 1001 questions and practice guides from NCEES. I have had to email him a couple of times because his answers were wrong or not given at all and he fixed them. He did tell me to buy the Land Survey Review Manual which i thought was very helpful.
Yes, I was at TUC18 in Orlando last week. Sorry I don't recognize your alias.
