I didn't know that we were supposed to check the "weather" to make sure that the property was suitable for construction?

I think I need to take another class and check the state code again. I may be in violation.

This little snipit, and the one below about how to choose a good surveyor, are written and posted to give the referenced website a "Link" in hopes of bumping up a few notches on Google and other search engines. Most are put out by SEO firms who outsource the work to some sweatshop in the Third World, hence the poor grammar. The author probably has never even seen a Land Surveyor.

I used to write and post the same type of articles for my wife when she first started out on the web.
