I like it so far. Been using it for a few days now. I like it better than Vista. Vista was 'pretty' but still slow to load.
It also seems to 'reboot' faster. I know part of it is because it's a new computer but I can start using programs almost as soon as I get to the desktop screen.
I haven't loaded it down with a bunch of software yet though. I can't find half of my old cd's.
It's been 4-5 years since I last bought a desktop.
I love the mouse over feature with Windows 7. I generally have several pages open at once and it's nice to be able to look at each one and pick the one I need to bring to the front.
Anybody have any bad things I should look out for or be aware of with Windows 7?
Honestly, I cannot think of any bad things to say about Windows 7 right off the top of my head. As much as I hate to admit it sometimes, Microsoft did real good with this one. This is what Vista should have been.
I think that's why we haven't seen any more of those "I'm a Mac/I'm a PC" commercials lately. Since people are mostly happy with Windows 7, Apple's been scrounging for a new ad campaign... 😉
