Looks similar to a "stonefly", but I've never seen one with opaque wings. There body has similar markings, but that is generally obscured by semi-translucent and veined fly-like wings.

Possibly an adolescent that hasn't matured?

edit: looks like Mr. Taylor has a good ident.
