The latest release of Intellicast weather app for Android has added the windstream info to it. I think it may be android 4.0 and above. Pretty Cool!
If you look at the area in Texas from Bowie to Sanger (North of Fort Worth) you can see why they are getting so much rain.
Now if they will just add the roads back to the satellite view, I will be happy.
What's your favorite weather app?

This is not an "APP", but it is basically direct access to the individual radar sites. This link brings up a map of the US showing all composite radar and then you can click on the individual radar sites.
I am with JT Strickland with using an old Indian type of weather indicator.
My weather app is a rock tied to a rope and hanging from a tree limb.
If the rock is wet, it is raining, and it is an office work day.
If the rock is dry, it is not raining, and it is a field work day! B-)
Otherwise, I use http://www.fairhopeweather.com/Xradar.htm for Columbus AFB weather radar.
I use pyckl3. Small gist for weather. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.MyPYK.Radar.Full
