getting dumped by your partner of 6 plus years can really wake you up....Im actually considering the possibilities of dual citizenship to be honest. The cost of living is reasonable and the quality of life is pretty high in Portugal, and the language is similar enough to Spanish that I'm already picking it up. Its a weird combination of French Spanish and other things, definitely a great and interesting challenge to occupy the void thats recently been handed to my personal life.
I'm thinking of moving to Tasmania. Saw a post on here a few weeks ago and went down a rabbit hole looking into real estate, wages, available jobs, etc.. Tasmania has definitely moved UP the list of place to live for me!
