Looks strikingly similar to the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge. That WOULD be a nice place to be today.
Spent a number of years in my youth in Buena Vista and this is truly the right time of year to be in high country....sigh....(memories). The trout always hit hard in the first two weeks of June, but by now they've lazied-down and probably only hit at daybreak and late, late afternoon. A big, old fat rainbow would taste good for lunch....
As long as railway tracks are rock solid and you are not going to fall of the cliff 😀
Nice koozie. B-)
I want to stay away from that bridge. We are scheduled to do some work there in August. I don't like working at night in the heat we will not be able to start work till 8:00 PM and will have 10 hours of work. We have to run that survey at least twice. Maybe 3 times. Then the first week of September we have to go south and do the same type survey but on a longer structure a minimum of 2 times.
