I think I have you beat. This is a project I'm currently working on. Road easements are described down to the second of arc and hundredth of a foot, based on a 1950'era BLM protracted plat. None of these Gov. Lots are monumented hence the dashed lines. The descriptions begin and end at a theoretical point that can only be determined after breaking down the section. Such an impressive level of precision out of thin air.

There's nothing like pacing 100' down from an intersection, splitting pavement with a rag tape, blowing a half-dollar size spot of paint, setting up an instrument capable of displaying distances to the thousandths of a foot and then working your survey...and then finally issuing a survey that shows found monuments being 0.5' "off" in some direction or the other. 😉
