..the cyanocitta cristata (cyanotephra). They've been noticably absent for almost a year here in south-central Oklahoma. I think there was even a post about where they go when they disappear.

The jaybird is a varmit bird that preys on other birds and will destroy their eggs.
Them and grackles may be entertaining to watch but they are not very liked around here.
They are beautiful!!! Next to MY favorite bird that is... B-)
The Blue Jays are indeed looking to make some noise in 2013 . . oops sorry . . I thought this was sports.
