Computer controlled car engines.

R/C planes are mostly electric.

Milk comes from a jug.

Water from a faucet.

Nails are sold by the box, prepackaged. For nail guns. Finding normal nails to buy, is getting weird.

All things I can't control, are somebody's fault, because they shoulda controlled it.

But, so long as there are organic cats, there will be broken plants and pots.

And, there's no substitute for a good dog.?ÿ

And, goats will still destroy stuff.

I guess it keeps us "grounded".

My dsl internet is out. Sure shuts me down.

Nate

Don't you have to be ancient to become a philosopher? I don't think Nate's even on Medicare yet.

From one Old Man (as @brad-ott) phrases it) to another. ?????ÿ

Computer controlled car engines. * Computers react quicker than old humans.

R/C planes are mostly electric.* Less noise pollution. Easier to hear SWMBO.

Milk comes from a jug. *Better than a pail.

Water from a faucet. *Easier than a hand pump.

Nails are sold by the box, prepackaged. For nail guns. Finding normal nails to buy, is getting weird. *?ÿNot too many people know how to make their own nails. Thatƒ??s what Wal-Mart is for.

All things I can't control, are somebody's fault, because they shoulda controlled it. *You oughtta know by now SWMBO controls everything, therefore if anything goes south itƒ??s your fault period.

But, so long as there are organic cats, there will be broken plants and pots. * Cats are genetically predisposed to destroy anything at any time for no reason.

And, there's no substitute for a good dog.* And thatƒ??s the truth!

And, goats will still destroy stuff. *As will humans attempting to ƒ??repairƒ? anything. (see Home Depot fails)

I guess it keeps us "grounded". * You have been "grounded" since you said "I do".

My dsl internet is out. Sure shuts me down. *Hell, it's better than dial-up.

Philosification can lead to pontification.

As I age, I discover body parts, I didn't know I had. Because they hurt.

I understand "good old days". The picture, of a boy, in rags, with a cane pole.

Firewood. Wood stove. It heats your bones better than a thermostat.

I'd better be a young man. Lots of miles to go yet. No matter what year it is.

Our jack-rat terrier, was bred to a chihuahua. 5 lovely pups now.?ÿ

Time is like a double bladed axe. Waiting for stuff. And wishing for days that are past. Wondering what was going on in the head of the persons who wrote that deed.

Explaining to my son the days of oil cans, and oil spouts. And, how they work. He's never seen one. Oil comes from plastic bottles now.

New modem came. It seems to speed up my internet.

N

Philosification can lead to pontification.

I originally was going to use the word, pontificating. ?ÿI thought it felt fancy. ?ÿBut then I looked at the definition, and felt it was unkind.
