A week ago Keith started another alternate methods thread on the other board.
To date 38 of the 66 posts are Keith's.
Soon he will have enough rhetoric for book.
Just thought nobody might want to know.

[sarcasm]It is good that he has found a deep abyss to post his theories.[/sarcasm]
He May Fill That Abyss Yet

It's really sad to watch. Keith and MLB seem to be a couple of older gents that used to be the go to guys, but now their days in the sun are done. Jousting at windmills keeps you busy but accomplishes nothing.
Guys, you're done!! The fish are calling. Trade in all that old survey equipment for one of those fishing barges at Bass Pro Shop and rediscover life.
I ain't no spring chicken, neither. getting old is kind of sad. nobody likes me anymore....
No, wait, nobody liked me when I was a young feller, neither.
If I knew I was gonna live this long, I woulda took better care of myself.
This conversation reminds me of my current experience serving on the local school board as I served on the same board between 1987 and 1991. I force myself not to repeatedly start off a comment with something like: "Well, back in about 1990,..............." It is really difficult to do. When you have specific knowledge, and those around you do not, the urge to share is very powerful.
The Never Ending Keith & MLB
"Getting any on the side lately?"
"Hell, it's been so long I didn't know they moved it!"
I had several balloons drawn on this pic full of gab between these two...
but I then thought it more fun to let each person think of his own dialog between two geezers..;-)
...over there
...over there, do you mean this place, where no matter how many years I do not "click here to renew" they never seem to go away?
Is it in poor taste for me to post these images "over here"?

He's been trying to revive that dead horse over on the CLSA board of late, too. He's not getting much action, though; most of us have been down that road with him a few times already.
I have noticed that for PLSS to be a SYSTEM, there sure seems to be more for them PLSS
"square surveyors" to argue over than us lowly metes & bounds surveyors! 🙂 😉 😀 😛
Maybe it really does work better, and it just allows that much more free time!
