This is killing me. The big winter drive over the Mnts. here is like the big drive in Colorful Colorado, not as vertical of a drive but still as daunting. For what it is worth, I saw Guy and his band here about 10 years ago and then over in Ashland Oregon a couple years later at a “songwriters workshop” (read: unstructured performance of dynamite gee-tar pickin’ singer/songwriters joking and carrying on like it was an hour till closing at the Armadillo World Headquarters) where he shared the stage with Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt and Joe Ely. The smart money says I’ll pass this time & try to see him again if he’s in the state during the more temperate months, but dang, does he ever put on a show and if I were closer to PDX I'd be there in a New York minute.

It sounds like a sensible idea.
Thanks for sharing.
Blessing to you~

I couldn't find Guy Clark doing it (on YouTube), but Jerry Jeff does it pretty well:
I say Guy Clark YEARS AGO (somewhere), and it was a GREAT show...
I still have all of his [record] albums downstairs (Guy AND Jerry Jeff).
Great stuff!

Just got back from the theater. I didn't think about work once while watching. It was a very good movie. Actors/Actresses were excellent. With only one eye to work with, Jeff was great. But then, he is the Dude.
True that, True Corner
I did get to see it yesterday afternoon...
It is excellent! Not a bad minute in the movie...
I recommend it to everyone.
