Drafted 18th in the 3rd round of the Supplemental Draft. Pryor was the only player selected of 6 eligible to be drafted.
Prior to the selection of Pryor there were 81 non picks.
When the decision was made by the NFL to allow Pryor into the draft, they also made him ineligible for the first 5 games of the season, thus enforcing his NCAA penalty.

I can't think of a better fit for this turd. Oakland has a way of proving who they are time and again.
"they also made him ineligible for the first 5 games of the season, thus enforcing his NCAA penalty"
I would have been happy, if They had "made him ineligible for the first 5 years of his NFL career."
Yeah! This gives me even more reason to cheer for Kansas City when they play Oakland twice each year. He'll soon learn how big the big boys really are.
Maybe JaMarcus Russell can fix him up with his codeine syrup connection
I have not followed this sport soap.
What did he dio wrong to earn a 5 game suspension? drugs?

Here's the short version...
Pryor gave up his final season with the Buckeyes after an investigation into the team's memorabilia-for-cash scandal that cost coach Jim Tressel his job.
If you want the long version google "Pryor Ohio State scandal"
I do have to say that I am kind of pulling for the kid. The town he grew up in is about a 15 minute drive from me (and coincidentaly the same town that both my kids were born in). At least he didn't go to Penn State, so I can still root for him a little bit. Now had the Ravens drafted him.....
I kinda hope he makes a big splash too. Just like the splashes most Raiders make, as they swirl downward into the big sewer in the sky.
Regardless of his poor values and the bad life choices he seems to make, he is a good athlete. I see him on special teams or in select roles, and being quite successful at that, but never as a QB.
The worst part of this entire debacle is the NFL enforcing NCAA sanctions. That in itself is totally absurd.
Just like the Brady Bunch sued the NFL owners, I think all disgruntled fans should pursue a class action suit against both the NFL & NCAA for having to put up with all the nonsense. I can envision the scene from The Jerk, where Navin sits in his silk bathrobe and writes a million checks for "..one dollar and nine cents..." as he bashes his pen on the desk.

Which Brady Bunch? There is more than one.
> Which Brady Bunch? There is more than one.
No kidding there are more than one. But a certain New England QB led that ridiculous charge against the NFL. He was accompanied by those other QB's in New Orleans, Indianapolis, and several other players on the coat tails of their combined self absorbed actions (AKA Brady Bunch). I kind of get a kick out of the other Bunch's in the debacle - retired players seeking restitution, and then those other Bunch's who like to spend some time in a cell.
My guess is ole Terrelle will be joining one of those Bunch's in short order. More likely on the heels of the Textmeister Favre, or Big Bathroom Ben, or even a Kobe No Tell Motel. Who knows what that will get him.

The Brady Bunch I rail about has NOTHING to do with football. They are/were headed by the wife of James Brady, who got hurt real bad when Reagan got shot.:-P
Sorry Stephen
Never meant to make it political. After all, the original post was about football and an idiot, not the 2nd commandment. Terrelle Pryor is an absolute jerk, as are Tom BRADY and the rest of his BUNCH. Case closed IMHO. Game ON!!
Some stupid jokes are just a little bit more subtle than others. If that came across as anything contrary, please .....
...jeez oh pete fer chrissakes..... lighten up

Not a problem, just explaining my thinking. I only watch football occasionally and then mostly college football. I generally could not care less about Tom Brady and his bunch. It just seemed weird that the "Brady Bunch" to which I pay attention might be involved in suing the NFL. But not out of the realm of possibility. They are a litigious bunch.
No politics intended in this thread.:-P
