Makes more sense.
1. A bear roaming a residential neighborhood, having lost all fear of "man" will eventually be put down or relocated. It is inevitable.
2. The fish and wildlife should have relocated this bear long ago, IMHO, if it wanted to avoid this situation.
Game and Fish put down a sow this spring, they captured it walking down my street and it turned out to be the same one that was captured two years ago after walking down the same street. They relocated it about 50 miles northwest over a mountain range the first time. She returned and they decided to put her down.
