He just returned my e-mail plea for some technical help with a telephone call and ended up saving me a day's extra work.
I love this bar.
He is a great guy. He has helped me out on more than one occasion. I owe him a cold beer or two for sure. I will see him in a few weeks at the TAPS Conference.

To hell with the 500 page manuals it's easier just to ask a question here, it will be answered quicker than one could find it in the "manual" and it doesn't really matter what the question is! B-)

YES. Unfortunately, if we start to list specific other names (like Ladd Nelson) we will inevitably leave out many deserving others (wait, is that music? Is this the Oscars?)
