What an understatement Paul!! Any of today's "idiots" would do well to follow her lead.
I just heard about her passing a little while ago on the radio.

She held her own, easily, against the great Lionel Barrymore in the Little Colonel (1935).
We have a stack of Shirley Temple videos, very entertaining movies.
