Some have said that we need a better image. I have SEEN folks, nearly this bad, running crews. Remember, I lived in Chicago, and did construction staking? There was this guy the Owner of the company called "S___ for brains". What was so... ridiculous about it, was we ALL knew who he was talking about, or to. And, Doughty knew too. These guys were something else.
Another thing, is that as you and Wendell try to run this site, I know some of the patrons of this site are of that flavor.
