Rebooting data collector.

We have a newer Ranger that was running pretty slow, and getting worse. I called the support number, which shows up as Spectra Percision, which I think is really Trimble, and a live warm body with an American accent called me back within a 1/2 hour. Seems like kind of a obvious answer but he said reboot it every now and then. That fixed it and it runs great now.
