Not actually a Kenny Rogers tune (although he sang it with the First Edition, and later re-recorded it on a solo album). It's actually a Mickey Newbury tune.
And I had completely forgotten that part of "The Big Lebowski"... Haven't seen that movie in a long time. But a former housemate of mine loved the White Russians, mostly because of that movie... 😉
