Oh, if I was being honest, there is room here. In the county I live in, there is not a single red/green traffic light. If I need to go to the grocery store, I bet I don't see over 100 people the whole trip, including the cars on the stretch of interstate highway I go down the service road of.
My daughter plays that game, and likes it. I think it is pretty silly, but as much as she works, It gives her something to do and unwind and get outdoors. She has a pretty stressful job, and it lets her act like a kid sometimes.
I've made sure that she is aware that trespassing is wrong, and that she needs to stay in public places. I don't think she is into it as much as some folks are, like the post the other day where someone saw a player blindly follow his phone and walked into a lake!
I am getting old. I just found out Pokemon is a game. All along I thought they were talking about some male Caribbean prostitute.

dad gum computer, posted before I was ready. Anyways, what I meant to say was, sorry we ruined your retirement plans.
Monte,
Not to worry, My retirement plans are to terminate with extermine prejudice as many Thunnus as my Federal Permit will allow!
I had to look up thunnus, as fish require water, an there ain't much beyond what we require to slake out thirst around here. Sounds like an interesting retirement, much better than my plans. I am hoping to somewhat emulate the old blind man from the movie "The Three Burials Of Melquiates Estrada" and live my days out in the desert as far from other people as possible.

I finally got around to pulling up Google Earth to have a looksee at where a beeline between my front porch and the center of Abilene, Texas would fall as it passed Norman, Oklahoma. Danged if it didn't hit smack dab in Norman. Very close to Classen Boulevard intersecting with Highway 77 near E. Constitution Street. From there it is 231 miles to Abilene and 212 miles to me. Of course, it's more than a thousand each way because "you can't get there from here" as my dad used to say when people would ask him for directions.

I've had some really good luck fishing in Abilene.
Shiner Bock Beer Bread sounds tasty.
I haven't been down that way much in the last 30 years. I had a minion of the local constabulary fleece me for speeding in Anson, maybe it was Roby (I really can't remember). Those kind of things stick in my memory.
These days it kinda depends on which officer is working for which department this week. Some work harder than others. One I worked with in EMS worked hard, but only on people 16 or more over the posted limit. Somehow, he stayed pretty busy with those!
