I need some very simple picture editing software for an Android. Mostly to resize and crop for posting on this forum. any recommendations? Thank you.
Nothing that's complex or slow 🙂

Nate,
The native "Photos" app is pretty good. Snapseed is another good one that is really simple to use.

I like Image Shrink (Resizer)
Can't fault it.
No cropping though!

Also have Blend Collage.
Latter for making collages, not resizing.

My apologies Nate, I confused cropping' with 'resizing'.

No problem. It is a process of finding some very basic resizing, and rename and save, and sometimes cropping software.

I bought one a while ago that's still supported & updated called PicSay Pro. Quick, simple, but can do a lot. I have no idea how much I paid for it at the time, it's been a few years.

I'd like to find a simple software that would turn a large data file picture into something small enough to post with a simple click on choice for resulting file size.

It might be better to have the resize feature in, or a part of surveyorconnect.com software. My old email program, worked that way. It would ask if I wanted to resize my photos, while e-mailing them.I think some of the other forums do this too.

Did a little lookin last night and downloaded "Image Reduce"

I give it 5 stars

Has two tabs: Reduced and Gallery
Displays pics in Gallery
Touch a pic to open
Touch the square icon on the right
Select the size from options
Options to send to many storage and social media platforms
Pic will now display under Reduced column and will go to wherever you sent it.

I don't have an android phone but to resize my go-around was to email
pic to myself and would prompt for a file size to send. Choose the smallest file...send....open and then save.

If this is to email pics so you can post then to the forum on your computer, than I suggest giving tapatalk a try on your Android.

It's an easy forum app which you can just click the picture icon and insert pics right from your phone as you type your post. Too easy.
