I don't care all that much for BLTs (never had much use for lettuce), but I love BATs (Bacon, Avocado, Tomato).

Actually more of pork sausage person.
BLTs are good, my favorite is a Club Sandwich.
I did not mention BBQ or Burgers because they are in a class of their own.:cool:

A good Cheese Burger is Absolutely, Positively, No doubt about it, God's greatest gift to the human race. ALL of the major food groups, in a handy, compact, and Delicious unit that requires no further utensils, or tools (even when served with Fries).

BTW, I'm also a Pork Sausage guy.

My Grandfather ground his own sausage, and I learned from him. I have been grinding my own Pork Breakfast Sausage for as long as I can remember, and NEVER buy any from a store. Sausage & Eggs...YUM!

I buy ground pork from the local Mennonite butcher and add the spices myself.

I've only found one commercial breakfast sausage that has enough sage in it for my tastes
