There are some pretty good note apps for Android but I haven't found a suitable application/ program that does it for Windows, and offline.
Evernote does but its internet dependant and they actually state if you want an offline option then don't chose Evernote.
Day to day I find I have many 'notes' that I currently write in my diary and the back pages I fill up with stuff I want to take on from year to year and add to.
But thats old hat as it doesn't search easily.
Curious what others use.
I had thought of Excell. But thats just where I'm at in my thoughts.
What about google docs/drive? Google drive lets you make docs available offline.
