How are those over there standing it?
It takes 30-40 seconds each time you want to read a thread for that "new page" to load. And another 30-40 to get back to where you left.
It's worse than LDD!

I try to remember to right-click and choose "open in new window". When I am finished I just x out of that window and the original window is waiting below.
It is still awfully slow. Most sites like that are, which is why I don't believe the flow will get better with time as some suggest.

I tried it from work (don't tell anybody) with 9 T1 lines in unison...
a connection that can download a 4.6 gig, 1 foot resolution, DOQQ in 10.56 seconds...
and still had to wait.
It might have been because I got confused wandering in the 'hall' looking for the room where the Surveyors were...

My friend, there is not much worse than LDD (except Civil 3D and now a certain other board for "geospacial professionals"). How are things going in your neck of the woods? You liking Bartram?
