As a relatively new user to this forum, I would like to share my thoughts. A fantastic resource for the surveying profession. However, and you know who you are, lighten up! Life is too short. The shortcomings in our industry are not new to anyone that has practiced for any amount of time, so why keep on belaboring the point. And maybe it is just me, but I am not a big fan of the pessimist.
Well, that just made me mad!
(Just kidding!)
Seriously, we have some folks that live by what they can get away with, instead of by what is good and right. And, this seems like a good place to vent, get it off your chest, regain perspective. This forum helps keep some of us from taking up base jumping, with a tin foil hat! 🙂
