7000 feet isn't much, still plenty of air.
That makes me feel a little better. And I have seen a handful jobs available. But non for rodman or instrument operators, all are for chiefs with 5+ years under there belt. so i my lack of time in the field wont effect me not getting looked at. I just hope companies will still sit down with me and give me a chance to convince them I can be a asset. But I am not affraid to take a hand job and work my way back up, but there don't seem to be any of those positions available.

Colorado is pretty divided politically, and Colorado Springs is definitely on the Republican side.
