I was born on a Monday in January 1957. My Wife was born on a Monday in October 1957. Our daughter was born on a Monday in December of 1996.

This same-day-of-the-week situation stays constant. In 2011 I lead off the birthday batting order with a birthday on a Friday. In October my wife’s birthday will be on a Friday as will be our daughter’s, batting clean-up, in December. Nothing ground shaking about this, but it’s one of those quirky numbers things that us surveyors notice, I guess. The girls tend to glaze over when I point these type of things out, so I though I’d share it with the board so you guys can bore your kith and kin too.

Good point Doug - I forgot to mention that on leap years, if my birthday is on a Tuesday, the girls will be on the next day of the week, Wednesday, since my birthday is before leap day. But then it's back to normal the next year...

both of my daughters were born on Friday, one in late afternoon and one in early morning and their personalities are that different too. One never met a stranger and the other well it's hard to get her to talk. I kid her about being a girl and not liking to talk, strange.

The older one inherited a characteristic my Dad had, everyone she meets just loves her. Whatever it is, she's got it.
