I just sold my house!

I literally showed it to one couple and they bought it.

Can't believe it.

We needed to move because of the job I took up in northern WV. But I figured we'd have to hire a realtor and all that stuff, pay out a bunch of money to sell it and it would take months to do so. I sold it on Zillow without a realtor through 'make me move'. Holy crap I sold my house!

John, we cannot be friends, if you do that....
It's just too much betrayal.

Good for you. I received my Real Estate license in 1981. Took the course and test to find out how "Realtors" (and I use that term lightly), and title company's can screw you out of money. Still have it, never used it.

Have fun packing all kinds of stuff you forgot about years ago. 😉

I am never moving again, so I never have to pack again. Here you went and lucked out by not having to repack, and sold your house first try?? Go buy a lottery ticket!!

A friend tried that, he told me the residential real estate business is dominated by cheerleaders, his word.

Have had my real estate salesperson license for nearly 20 years. The continuing education classes are somewhat helpful to the surveying side of things as well.

Helpful hint....don't google "dominated by cheerleaders" on your work computer. Just sayin'
