Looks like the female set up both of them and now is playing the "Wronged Wife" and is claiming the younger fellow should be charged with murder(probably so she can file a civil suit for wrongful death and soak the poor sucker for a chunk).

She is a low life scum sucking bottom dweller. And that is one of my nicer appellations about her.

When a person starts seeing somebody's wife, there is no good to come from it.

I suppose in Montana he could invite her over for a poke...get off...then pop another "cap" in her saying she went nuts rambling nonsense about her husband. Afterall, she was deranged and a threat. He had no choice but to stand his ground and shoot her. o.O

Probably not.

BTW, I have had to deal with similar problems as were delineated in these stories as a police officer, more than once. The good thing at that time is that there were no fatalities.

Not necessarily. There can be a great deal of "good" come from it.

Just as was predicted....

I'm sure the man who did the shooting wishes none of it ever happened, know he will never be the same for the rest of his life.

I've known way too many of these trailer park queens over the years from my wife's former job at DHR. Sadly the kids are always the victims in these situations, her's will either suffer from being removed from the household and put in foster care, or suffer from having to stay with their psycho mom. Lose/lose either way.

Don't tease, that scenario really appeals to my sense of justice.

From what I read in the link, I think he was justified in shooting the guy.
