Sketchy details, but just announced by his PR man.

I guess Texas to Cleveland was just too big a change.

Good for him. You have to recognize the problem to fix the problem.
I thought it was evident to all that he had a problem.

Actually drunks have no problem at all with alcohol. Just ask one. 😉

The effect that continual alcohol consumption has on one's behavior, production and relationships is where the problems begin. :bored:

I hope he gets sobered up enough to keep a job in the NFL. I'd like to see him get picked up by Da Bears.

When it was announced he was hangin' with out at the Bieb's home in Los Angeles just before his early entrance into training camp, everything became quite clear where his continued hard drinking after college was headed.

The NFL is far from a frat party and the days of North Dallas Forty is long gone.

Pro footballers have found a solution for the little nimble guys. Those big guys are just as fast as he is and it is time for him to up his game or he is going to be useless.

Well alcoholism is a disease and I hope that he can become a recovered alcoholic to lead a healthy life as a human being. His future in the NFL should not be as important as his future of becoming free of his problems.

Glad to hear of the re-hab.

It is more than a young kid partying and having fun.

He is from my neck of the woods and his antics date back to his high school days when he was the best athlete on the field. hopefully his parents have finally got the message that the kid has a serious problem.

We all need to admit we need some help from time to time.

Randy

Going to Cleveland would be enough to put anybody in rehab....

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

It can be easy to think that alcoholics are drunks when you don't know any. Hell I worried that I drank too much back in my college years. It was certainly true that I could have stood to party a little less often. I got to know a few alcoholics later in life. What a sad thing, it's definitely a disease. The guy you think needs to quit drinking is a drunk, but alcoholism consumes.
