I surrender. I give up. I am clueless.
WHAT THE HECK IS THAT THING IN YOUR AVATAR?????????
a rabbit's head?
Business end of a baboon?
Possibly an enlarged view of a body louse partially submerged in water.
The Stahl's have a pet rabbit. My guess is it is the rabbit.

I'm glad someone else asked. I have been scratching my head over that one as well.

That's Moshu, our pet rabbit. He's a Mini French Lop. He hopped his last hop back in February of this year, so I posted it in his remembrance. House rabbits... The cutest pets anyone could have. A regular part of the family.

To Continue A Dead Rabbit Theme........
.......the Royal Shakespeare Company has arrived in NYC and set up a full sized replica of their Stratford-on-Avon theater inside the 69th Regiment (Park Avenue) Armory, so audiences here may have the same experience as their home base does.
They have set about to do a number of plays, one of which ("As You Like It") involves the killing and skinning of a rabbit onstage. While not specifically included in the text, the moment was staged by the director to underscore Shakespeare's description of the nature of country life.
The RSC had intended to obtain dead rabbits for the production from a company that provides already-killed animals as food for pet snakes and other animals. The British production used three dead rabbits a day, provided by a farm, and the skinning and beheading of a rabbit on stage, reportedly got big laughs and applause from Brits who attended.
The company had initially hoped to use the meat from the skinned rabbits as a post-performance dish, but the carcasses were not deemed fit for human consumption after being used as stage props.
Once news got out, group of animal lovers and activists began protesting the staging. The play which had been in previews, and opens next week, will eliminate the rabbit killing from the scene. The director did not want to distract the public from the rest of the production and the other plays that will be presented in repertory.
