Amazing,?ÿ I have been in Bogota several times but never saw the dresser drawer building (wish I had)

Check out this lot which I recently surveyed (not my design!)

One of the 413 reasons I have found to avoid construction surveying in favor of boundary solutions.

The home that the owner wants to put on the lot above has 50 perimeter corners.

The home that the owner wants to put on the lot above has 50 perimeter corners.

The majority of which are probably at minimum setbacks too. Those lots are a PITA to stake and are usually configured as such to gain the minimum lot square footage required for a building permit. ?????ÿ

50 perimeter corners is bad.?ÿ It's worse when their is a 40 change in elevation in the footer with some corners in bedrock.?ÿ I don't build them. I stake them.?ÿ lol

IAC Building West St (1)

A few years ago we put this one up...........

432 Park Avenue (1)

But then we did this one to get our heads back on straight.

1400 feet tall.
