let me put it this way....

Let's say you have a VERY IMPORTANT, LIFE ALTERING appointment at 2:00 am Sunday morning and it takes you 65 minutes to get to the appointment ...

what time do you leave for the appointment?

:'(

That depends; can you tell me what time it is at the North Pole?

If I happened to be awake at the appropriate time I would get to watch our atomic clock spin backwards one hour.

Slightly on topic:

I get up this morning (wife left an hour early for her shift, doh!) and, more than half the clocks in the house are already adjusted. The cell phones, wall clock, kids alarms.

For the most part, the only unadjusted clocks are mine and my wife's pre-1990 alarm clocks.

It just made me realize how different life is for our kids.

Soldiering on to curmudgeon-ville 😉

Neither...and both. Time becomes immaterial as it is simultaneously both 2:00 am and 1:00 am at the same instance yet, superpositionally, neither one.

So the inevitable question becomes, Did I really wake up ?

Those with a coffee maker flashing 12:00 year round, were safe.

I stayed up one time just to see what mine does. It just stops running for an hour...

I guess we will never really know; until we open the box:
