Remind me to never go within two miles of that thing.
Back in the summer of 1977 a helicopter landing on top of a major downtown New York City building crashed and threw its rotors in pieces over quite an area. BAD DEAL for a bunch of innocent people.

I am guessing that it's something used in either England or elsewhere in the Commonwealth that uses hedges as boundary fences. Where else would you find enough of (enormous) hedges to make that contraption cost-effective?
