really could use the rain...but its been raing hard here for almost 24 hours...
forecast for Monday is for more rain...
I heard JFK airport has already received 5.5" of rain..

The final tally for yesterday was over 7.7 inches at JFK, and over 10 inches out on the south shore of Long Island.
It's supposed to rain on and off all day today as well.
