OMG!?ÿ Did OSU just send up the cheerleaders and waterboys yesterday to Manhattan??ÿ Maybe the Albanian mob was holding all their family members hostage and would only be released if KSU could win the game by at least 40 points.?ÿ That was insane!
I know you live in Soonerland but the Cowboys have really been dominant recently.?ÿ That is what makes yesterday's game so crazy.
K-State has had two games this season where they only scored 10 points.?ÿ A one point win over Iowa State and a seven point loss to Tulane ( Wait.?ÿ Who?)?ÿ Even the University of South Dakota in the opening game of the season only lost by 34 to nothing, which makes OSU 14 points worse than USD.
Hope you are having a great day today.
Best Regards.............................
The Wildcats definitely whipped OSU's butt in Manhattan yesterday.?ÿ ?ÿBeing an OU fan I enjoyed seeing Gundy's troops take their thrashing.?ÿ Klieman's boys did good.?ÿ
It's been a weird year for the Big 12 football.?ÿ Even the Jayhawks had a few shining moments early in the season.
Has it dried up any up there??ÿ It seems you got your share of October's precip.
We had a massive flood of 1.6 inches appear in my rain gauge Monday/Tuesday.?ÿ Last night we might have had 0.1 inch.?ÿ Maybe.?ÿ Working wheat ground yesterday and today.?ÿ Defoliating a sizeable area with an overgrown tail nail clipper (tree clipper on skid steer) several days this week.?ÿ No work stoppage attributable to precipitation.?ÿ Jump about 20 miles to the east and things were much wetter.?ÿ I drove through the center of one of my ponds yesterday in two-wheel drive.
I am totally amazed that a really good team like the Cowboys (#9) could be so terrible yesterday.?ÿ The Sooners were #6 when KSU knocked them off by a very skinny seven points.?ÿ The Horned Frogs were #8 when they took us down by 10 points.
Those sissies in the SEC think they have tough schedules.?ÿ That's all in the minds of the sportswriters.
Easy on the SEC hate talk.... ?????ÿ
But, it is so easy to do. ???? ???? ?????ÿ
The brilliant sportswriters at the start of a season generate lists that are supposed to define greatness.?ÿ By the end of the season, darn few are even close to having the same ratings.?ÿ And, those ratings are really no better than the ones from the start of the season.?ÿ They are based more on what generates income for the employers of the sportswriters.
I am so sick of searching to see what football games are available when I am available to watch one.?ÿ Far too many times a school, Notre Dame for example, is being televised when far superior teams are playing at the same time and should be televised instead.?ÿ Sizzle sells the product.
