jordan i concur thoroughly--I 'm a licensed land surveyor in 3 states for over 40 yrs-- i live in colorado, this winter i informed my colleagues that the suns position had moved this last fall about 15-20 degrees- they of course said i was nuts- How i know is i installed a solar system with trackers in 2000 setting the stop limits on the tracking motor- as a double check and to preserve my settings i marked them on the poles so if the motors die or freeze i nan manuallymove the panels to the optimum locations- well, seeing your artical i can also verify that the morning rising sun is way north of my previous settings, in fact the wires from my panels to the junction box are so taught now they are almost breaking and i may move the box affixed to the pole-i can also concur that your 25 degree shift is accurate to my measurements as well- my optimum sun angle and direction differ in time by almost 1-1.5 hrs from all other years- yet i see no other articles, covering GPS or other dynamics that mention or even elude to a shift--yes sir based on my 43 yrs as a land surveyor and 11 yrs as a resident operating a solar panel system operator i do concur there has been a shift--to that statement i will mention the extreme weather, the strained planting and growing seasons--the world wide affect that this is causing--yet their are nothing but sleepy heads out there saying nothing about whats happening, the ability for the world to feed itself has almost disappeared and getting worse--heck its june in colorado and it was 33 degrees this morning--doesn't do alot of good for those with gardens that will produce little or nothing this and in coming years--

On a side note, while driving to work this morning, the orange glow of the sunrise hitting Reunion Tower's ball looked like a giant Larry O'Brien NBA Championship Trophy.
