Hope you are all doing your best to actually take the day off.
My last Father's Day with my dad was in 1990.?ÿ His last Father's Day with my granddad was 1962.?ÿ For my mom, her last Father's Day with her papa was in 1950.
So, take the time to make this day special.

Oedipus terminated Father's Day as he was more of a mama's boy.

My belief is that both Mother's Day and Father's Day are Hallmark made up holidays. Every day is Father's Day for me as my (now young adult) children are out in the world being productive and hitting milestones while chasing their dreams.
