Congratulations you guys. Now if I were superstitious I would be starting to get that creeped out feeling...first it was the "Don't bother my I'm Crabby" mug now the anniversary thing, mine is 11/10/90.

Peace

I dunno, Chris! I always think it never tastes right but everyone else loves it so I guess it is just me being my own critic. It's my families recipe, passed down from generations of Sicilian Italians. Took my mother 30+ years to finally give it to me!! :-@ But I am glad I have it and I do enjoy making it once I get it started. It's the getting it started where I procrastinate. 😐

?Thank You Guys!!! ?

Thank you for all of the well wishes!! 🙂

Wendell got me a car with...get this... a bunch of cartoon ratties on it! Awwww!!! 🙂

I'll be cooking for him soon. I'm sure he will be on here blabbing about it afterwards. He calls it my "annual cooking event". Humph!!! :-S

See if I let him have the sausages out of the spaghetti sauce!! 😉

My wife, Carol, has one of those annual cooking events....except is not on the same day each year. She hates to cook and I really enjoy it, so she mostly does the cleaning afterward.

Carol has three meals that she does well, so about once a year she'll cook one for me.:-)

If I'm working on the day that she plans to cook, I tell everyone at work that I can't work late that day because Carol is cooking her yearly meal. If I'm late, she'll never cook again. 🙁

I like this Carol!!! :good: :girl:

I hate to cook too. Once in a blue moon I'll get a bug up my butt to make a pot of spaghetti or Wendells favorite chicken & rice meal or a casserole. Yesterday my neighbor was teasing him because I said I was going to cook Wendell his favorite meal and my neighbor says "Oh ok which one is your favorite, Wendell?" Wendell's smart alec reply was.... "All of them". :-/

Contrats to you two

Spaghetti at my house starts out in a jar and gets canned ingredients added to that, yet it does get fresh meat.

The real stuff is about 25mi away at Luigi's Italian Restaurant.
