Been getting them all day from Yahoo email surveyors. RADU, Deral, JD, Big E.

Going to check send folder, and change password. I rarely use that NS Yahoo account.

Going flyfishing off grid for 4 days, sorry if my account keeps spamming.

I got another, I think residue of the first batch.

sender was supposed to be Phillip Reed.

I only recognize mine and one other.

They had already been "Harvested". That was like shutting the mouse cage after they had all escaped.

I got another one supposedly from Wilson Surveying. At an address not known to RADU or this board or at RPLS. I don't know where it came from.

Yes, but my point is that they shouldn't be made public without their consent. That hacker may have harvested their emails from you, but there are a bazillion spammers out there trying to harvest information all the time.

It has been while since I've received a spoofed email form a known address (knock on wood).

Today I received a phone call from 000-012-3456 ( a Skype number ).

An eastern block voice claimed to be from Microsoft technical department and that my computer was sending error messages and instructed me to go to my computer and allow them to assist me in correcting the problem.

When I ask who he was, he said "Yes".
Who are you working for, he said "Yes".
How did you get my number, he said "Yes".

It was almost like the credit card commercial and the caller wanting to get credit for his miles and the call center guy want to give him a key chain or a hat.

I hung up.

I thought his name was Peggy. Or is there another one named Nancy?
